GUAM MEDICAID/MIP PROVIDERS CLAIMS SUBMISSION FOR FY2021
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), Division of Public Welfare, Bureau of Health Care Financing Administration (BHCF A) would like to encourage all Guam Medicaid/MIP providers to submit claims before the Fiscal Year 2021 funds expire on September 30, 2021.
Providers are advised to submit claims electronically or drop at BHCF A office located at the 3rd Floor, Ran Care Building, Tamuning before September 17, 2021.
