Governor Joshua Tenorio. “We thank the families of our survivors who provided the emotional and physical support for our manåmko’ as well as the work of our local staff and the Guam War Claims Adjudication Committee for ensuring those who were eligible could avail of this very special opportunity to bring closure.”
Public Law 36-32 establishes the Guam World War II Reconciliation Act of 2021 with the intent of giving compensation to our Greatest Generation. The Guam War Claims Fund pays certified claims to compensable Guam victims and survivors of compensable decedents as duly adjudicated by the Guam War Claims Adjudication Committee.
