Hagåtña, Guam - We appreciate the Legislature’s rejection of Bill 156. With this vote, we will significantly lower the cost of insurance to thousands of employees and retirees and prevent substantial cost increases and delays.
Under Governor Leon Guerrero’s leadership, we have consistently worked to expand affordable healthcare for all—and this is one positive step in that direction.
We want to thank the Health Insurance Negotiation team government-wide for their hard work that delivered for all involved.
