Our Digital Equity Plan aims to ensure the availability and affordability of faster broadband services, enhance access to online resources for all, promote digital literacy, and bolster cybersecurity awareness.

Your input on these critical objectives is invaluable as we strive to create a more inclusive and connected Guam.

Please don't hesitate to share your thoughts and questions with us via Your feedback will be thoughtfully considered and integrated to enrich Guam’s Digital Equity Plan. The final version will be released in April, reflecting the collective input of our community.

Your participation in this process is vital and appreciated. Together, we can build a brighter digital future for Guam.
