The Pre-Bid Conference for the Construction of the Guam Public Health Training and Laboratory Facility (Construction), Project No. 470-5-1085-F-MAN, has been moved from the Ground Floor CIP Conference Room to the 2nd Floor Federal Highway Conference Room. The time and place of the Pre-Bid Conference remains the same.
