This package is designed to support broadband expansion planning, geographic analysis, and funding considerations. The contents are subject to update prior to the opening of subgrantee selection.

Contents of the Data Package:
1. Project Files:
• BEAD_ProjectAreas.mpkx – A ArcGIS Pro map package containing spatial data and project layers.
• ProjectAreaBlocks.pdf – A document outlining project area boundaries and associated details.
2. Project Area Data (CSV Files):
• Post_Challenge_Full_LOCATIONS_COORDS.csv – A dataset containing validated BSL locations, Unserved/Underserved classifications (0=unserved, 1=Underserved), including geographic coordinates.
• ProjectAreas_001.csv to ProjectAreas_005.csv – Segmented data files listing project areas with relevant attributes.
3. Shapefiles and Geospatial Data:
• ShapeFiles/ (Folder) – Contains geographic shapefiles necessary for spatial analysis.
• tl_2020_66_tract/ – Census tract boundaries for 2020.
• tl_2022_66_tabblock20/ – Census blocks for 2022.
How to Use This Data:
• GIS Professionals can open the MPKX file in ArcGIS Pro to explore the project areas visually.
• Researchers & Analysts can use the CSV files to analyze broadband expansion areas.
• Public & Stakeholders can refer to the ProjectAreaBlocks.pdf for a non-technical summary.
