The Committee on Education, Libraries, and Public Broadcasting will conduct a public hearing on April 21, 2025, at 2PM in the Public Hearing Room at the Guam Congress Building, with the following agenda:

BILL No. 43-38 (COR) – Chris Barnett - AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 12, SECTION 9, PUBLIC LAW 37-125, RELATIVE TO TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED GUAM DEPARTEMENT OF EDUCATION TEACHERS

BILL No. 48-38 (COR) – Vincent A.V. Borja – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW §4131 OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 4, TITLE 4, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING LIMITED LEAVE BENEFITS FOR RETIRED TEACHERS REHIRED ON CONTRACT TO FILL TEACHING VACANCIES

BILL No. 68-38 (COR) – Frank Blas Jr. – AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION “Y” OF SECTION 12107 CHAPTER 12 OF TITLE 17 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LIABILITIES OF AN ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL

BILL No. 70-38 (COR) – Joe S. San Agustin – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW §3135 TO ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 3, TITLE 17, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING THE GUAM DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO LEASE PROPERTY WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION.
