The Committee on Education, Libraries & Public Broadcasting will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, beginning at 9:00 A.M in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building. The Committee will hear and accept testimony on the following: I. Doc. No. 38GL-25-1364 – The Appointment of David J.N. Camacho to serve as a Member, Guam Academy Charter Schools Council, Retired Teacher – Representative, Three (3) Years; From Date of Confirmation II. Doc. No. 38GL-25-1369 – The Appointment of Evangeline M. Cepeda to serve as a Member, Guam Academy Charter Schools Council, General Public – Representative, Three (3) Years; From Date of Confirmation III. Bill No. 202-38 (COR) – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 56 TO DIVISION 5 OF TITLE 17, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING THE “GUAM VETERANS HIGHER EDUCATION BENEFITS ACT.” How to Participate: Written testimony may be delivered to the Office of Senator Vincent A.
