Search Through All NoticesService Providers (ISPs) that currently provide service to BEAD-eligible locations (other than ULFW as provided for in a prior release) must submit to the Office of Infrastructure Policy and Development (OIPD) unequivocal evidence (see requirements the Bead Restructuring Policy Notice, Appendix A) that those locations no longer require BEAD funding, consistent with the requirements outlined in NTIA’s Final Proposal Guidance. ISPs will have seven (7) calendar days to provide evidence.
All documentation be submitted by 5:00 PM ChST on July 4, 2025.
