Håfa Adai! The Committee on Education, Libraries & Public Broadcasting will conduct an upcoming Informational Hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.. The agenda is as follows:
Guam Department of Education
- Recruitment and transition for the Guam Department of Education Superintendent
- Preparing for Superintendent Kenneth Swanson's December 31 departure
- Review of search processes and selection criteria
- Discussion of transition planning and leadership continuity
- Update on Fiscal Year 2025 finances
