Center Left Turn Lanes
A center left turn lane is located in the middle of a two-way street. It is marked on both sides by two painted lines. The inner line is broken, and the outer line is solid. Use the center left turn lane to prepare for and make a left turn or U-turn. It is not a regular traffic lane.
To turn left from this lane:
- Look for other vehicles coming toward you in the center left turn lane
- Signal
- Look over your shoulder to check your blind spots
- Merge completely into the center left turn lane so you do not block traffic
- Turn when it is safe

Construction activities will continue along Route 10, between Route 15 extending up to American Medical Center, Mangilao from November 17 to November 23, 2025. Intermittent lane closures in both directions are expected during work hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Sat, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays, slow down and comply with posted speed limits when traveling through the work zone. Please remain alert for uneven pavement surfaces and temporary steel plates and drive safely at all times.
