Route 28 (Y Sengsong Road) Traffic Investigation – Astumbo, Dededo
GPD has postponed conducting investigations on a fatal Auto-Motorcycle crash scheduled for today at 10:00 AM due to weather. Lanes on Route 28 near Chalan Hachon will remain open this morning.
