W-2 forms for participants of the 2025 Governor’s Summer Youth Employment Program (GSYEP) are now available for pickup at the Department of Youth Affairs Director’s Office/Building A in Mangilao.
Summer youth employees may retrieve their W-2 Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding government holidays.
For privacy and security purposes, the W-2 will be released only to the GSYEP participant and/or the parent or legal guardian listed on the GSYEP application. Individuals picking up forms must present a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, firearm ID, Guam ID, or a current or most recent school ID.
