Re: SECOND NOTICE of Public Hearing on February 16, 2026The Committee on Finance and Government Operations will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 16, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building.
The agenda is as follows:
•Bill No. 262-38 (LS) – V. Anthony Ada – AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OFEIGHT HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND ($890,000) TO I LIHESLATURANGUÅHAN FOR ITS CYBERSECURITY AND AUTOMATIONS NEEDS FOR FY2026.
•Bill No. 246-38 (COR) – Telo T. Taitague - AN ACT TO AMEND 1303.1 OFCHAPTER 1, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, TO ADD THE GUAMCANCER TRUST FUND TO THE LIST OF ENTITIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIESEXEMPT FROM THE BUREAU OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT RESEARCHALLOTMENT RELEASE CONTROL, TO ENSURE TIMELY AND CONSISTENTACCESS TO APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR CANCER PROGRAMS ANDSERVICES.
