Guam Transportation Improvement Program
Amendment 2 to the 2024-2027 GTIP

The Guam Department of Public Works invites everyone to a Public Meeting to amend the Guam Transportation Improvement Program (GTIP) 2024-2027 for the Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) grant budgets to include Dededo Park and Ride Northern Terminal project's recommended priorities for the expenditure of its FY2026 federal grant funding.

The draft amendment will be available electronically on www.guamtransportationprogram.com starting April 08, 2026.
