The Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for a financial audit of the Career Tech High Academy Charter School (CTHACS) for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027, subject to the availability and certification of funds from fiscal year to fiscal year, with an option to renew for one (1) additional fiscal year, with the approval of the Public Auditor. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package may be obtained at the Office of Public Accountability (OPA), in Hagåtña, Guam, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The RFP package may also be downloaded from OPA’s website at www.opaguam.org.
