A regular meeting of the Guam Hybrid Land Use Commission will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., Department of Land Management Conference Room, 590 S. Marine Corps Dr., 3rd Floor, ITC Building, Tamuning. Written testimonies may be submitted via email to the Director's Office at dlmdir@land.guam.gov.
