Request for Creation of Position Tariff Technician I, Tariff Technician II, and Tariff Technician III (motion to approve the transparency and disclosure processes as outlined in Section 6303(d) of Title 4, Guam Code Annotated and Rule 5.015 of the Port’s Personnel Rules and Regulations), 2. Abolishment of the Maintenance Manager and Equipment Maintenance Superintendent positions under the Port Authority of Guam’s classification and compensation plan, as a result of the succession plan adopted in Board Resolution No. 2024-15 by the Port Board of Directors (motion to approve the transparency and disclosure processes as outlined in Section 6303.1 of Title 4, GCA and Rule 4.200 of the Port’s Personnel Rules and Regulations.); VI. New Business: 1. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2025-18 relative to approving the creation of Tariff Technician I, Tariff Technician II, and Tariff Technician III positions in the classified service as authorized in Section 6303(d) of Title 4, Guam Code Annotated and Rule 5.015 of the Port’s Personnel Rules and Regulations, 2. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2025-19 relative to approving the abolishment of the Maintenance Manager and Equipment Maintenance Superintendent positions under Port Authority of Guam’s classification and compensation plan as authorized under Title 4, GCA, Section 6303.1 and Rule 4.200 of the Port’s Personnel Rules and Regulations, 3. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2025-20 relative to requesting approval to set aside available funds to pay down outstanding 2018 revenue bond, reduce future debt service costs, improve debt service ratio, and enable immediate bond borrowing; VII. Adjournment.
