The Office of Infrastructure Policy and Development, under the direction of Governor Lourdes Leon Guerrero and Lt. Gov. Joshua Tenorio, invites you to play a vital role in shaping Guam's digital future! Our team has been diligently crafting Guam's inaugural Digital Equity Plan and we’re ready to share it with you. Throughout 2023, we engaged with community members, organizations, and focus groups to gather insights and ensure that this plan reflects the diverse needs and aspirations of our island community. Now, it's your turn to lend your voice. We are excited to announce the commencement of a 30-day public comment period, starting March 1, 2024, and concluding on March 31, 2024. This is your opportunity to provide feedback on the draft Digital Equity Plan and its recommendations.
