Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-02 Relative to approving the creation of General Administration Manager position in the classified service as authorized under Title 4, Guam Code Annotated, Sections 6303(d) and 6303.1, 5. Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-03 Relative to recognizing Gary D. Kuwabara, from the Office of Local Defense and Community Cooperation, and to express our sincerest Si Yu’os Ma’ase and deepest appreciation for his professionalism and intelligence whenever carrying out his duties, 6. Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-04 Relative to affirming that the attached document entitled The 2023 Master Plan for the Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port of Guam shall be the version that will be put forth publicly and advanced thereafter to the Governor through the Bureau of Statistics and Plans and the Guam Legislature pursuant to Sections 1205 and 1206, Article 2, Chapter 1 of Title 5, Guam Code Annotated; VII.
