GUAM STATE TRADE EXPANSION PROGRAM SUPPORTS SMALL BUSINESSES ENTER THE GLOBAL MARKETPLACE (TAMUNING, GUAM) Local small businesses and entrepreneurs are now able to apply to participate in the Guam State Trade Expansion Program (Guam STEP). Implemented by the Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) beginning in 2021, Guam STEP assists eligible small businesses enter and succeed in the international marketplace.
