Hagåtña, Guam – On May 12, 2022, the Department of Revenue & Taxation processed and the Department of Administration will be mailing checks, or paying by direct deposit, approximately 2,897 of Fiscal Year 2021 and prior income tax refunds totaling $8,218,482 for error-free returns filed on, or before, March 24, 2022.

Governor Josh Tenorio are proud to announce the launching of the I Nina’metgot Famalao’an (Making Women Stronger) Adult High School Completion Scholarship Program. Administered by the Bureau of Women’s Affairs (BWA), in coordination with the Guam Community College (GCC), the scholarship program will provide 36 women the opportunity to earn their high school diploma or high school equivalency.

Hagåtña, Guam - Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Lt. Governor Josh Tenorio are proud to announce today the completion of the Teacher Pay Study and approval of salary adjustment recommendations, effective May 23, 2022. Under the Department of Administration’s (DOA) recommendations, Guam Department of Education (GDOE) teachers are receiving a 20% increase, principals a 15% additional administrator differential, and assistant principals a 10% differential. All other public school employees are to be included in the next General Pay Plan (GPP) Study.
