Pursuant to 40 CFR § 51.102, Guam EPA issued a 30 day public notice October 28, 2024 to seek public comment on the Guam EPA’s intent to submit 22 GAR § 1310 and 22 GAR Chapter 1, Article 8 to US EPA for approval and inclusion in Guam’s SIP. This notice serves to notify the general public that the public comment period is extended. Additionally, the public hearing originally scheduled for December 2, 2024 to seek public comment on the same Guam EPA intent is now rescheduled: Public HEARING RESCHEDULED: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2024 • 4 P.M. at the Guam EPA Administration Building Conference Room located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue, Tiyan Barrigada. For more information, contact Guam EPA at (671) 300-4751/2. Public Comment Period EXTENDED: OCT. 28, 2024 - DEC. 27, 2024 Regulations relevant to this SIP submittal may be viewed at the Agency’s administration building located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue Tiyan Barrigada, GU 96913 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on business days until FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2024.
