(Tamuning - Thursday, June 24, 2021) The Department of Public Works has issued an alert that the traffic signal on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive) at the Chamorro Village in Hagåtña has been removed upon discovery of potentially faulty equipment. The pedestrian crosswalk signal will not be functional, and the crosswalk markings will be removed until the traffic signal is reinstalled and operational.

Pedestrians are advised to use the crosswalk at the Hagåtña Boat Basin.

Motorists are advised to drive cautiously in the area.
