Barrigada, GU – The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (“DRT”) reminds the community of the following deadlines for the Form 15323A GU for those individuals who are in need of making changes:
Manually filed Forms 15323A GU – 5 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2021 at DRT Income Tax Branch Online at www.myguamtax.com – 5 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2021
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 authorized the Advance Child Tax Credit and gave mirror code territories the opportunity to elect to opt into the Advance for their respective jurisdictions.
DRT began to pay the Advance Child Tax Credit in the month of September 2021. The final payment for the Advance Child Tax Credit will be processed on December 15, 2021. Forms received after this time will not be processed.
