The Office of Public Accountability (OPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal counsel services and serve as procurement appeals hearing officers for Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029, with an option to renew for up to three additional one‑year terms. The work will primarily involve reviewing, advising, and addressing a broad range of issues related to audits, investigations, and government procurement, as well as providing legal advice on OPA’s mandated roles and responsibilities and training OPA staff on procurement matters.
