REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) RFP-CDLO-26-001 Professional Consulting Services for Territory of Guam Villages Infrastructure & Economic Assessment The Community Defense Liaison Office (CDLO) under the Office of the Governor of Guam is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms for Professional Consultancy Services for Territory of Guam Villages Infrastructure & Economic Assessment. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2025-45 relative to approving Tristar’s relocation of fenders from Golf Pier to Berth F1, with a cost of $43,542.46, to be borne by the Port Authority of Guam under the Management Agreement; VII.
