Notice is hereby given to the general public that the Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) intends to submit 22 GAR 1-§1310, as enacted by Guam Public Law 37-29, and 22 GAR 1-§1801 – 22 GAR 1-§1811 as enacted by Guam Public Law 36-140 to the United States Environmental Protection Agency for inclusion into Guam’s State Implementation Program (SIP). Pursuant to 40 CFR § 51.102, Guam EPA issues this 30 day public notice to seek public comment on the Guam EPA’s intent to submit 22 GAR § 1310 and 22 GAR Chapter 1, Article 8 to US EPA for approval and inclusion in Guam’s SIP. This notice also serves to notify the general public that a public hearing will be held to seek public comment on the same Guam EPA intent.

The CHamoru Land Trust Commission (CLTC) would like to remind all Applicants, Residential Lessees, Agriculture Lessees, Commercial Licensees and Lessees to update your contact information with the Commission. This would ensure that the Commission has the correct contact information to convey any pertinent information related to your application or land lease. The Commission has commenced the processing of applications for lease awards. It is extremely important that the Applicants’ contact information is current. A hard copy of the “Applicant / Lessee Update Form” can be obtained at the CLTC office located in Suite 222, ITC Building, Tamuning, Guam or downloaded from https://dlm.guam.gov/wp-dlm- content/uploads/2024/01/CLTC-Client-Update-Form- FILLABLE_Rev08March2021.pdf . The completed forms can be submitted to the CLTC office or emailed to cltc.admin@cltc.guam.gov. Please ensure you request a received copy for your records if submitted an email.
