THE GUAM PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GUAM PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION (“PUC”) will conduct a special business meeting, commencing at 6:30 p.m., on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at Suite 807, DNA Bldg., 238 Archbishop F.C. Flores St., Hagatna, Guam. The following business will be transacted: AGENDA 1. Call to Order. GUAM POWER AUTHORITY 2. GPA Docket No. 27-01: Petition to Approve Line of Credit; Legal Counsel Report and proposed Order. 3. GPA Docket No. 26-13: Review of GPA Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause (LEAC) to Determine Whether to Sustain, Reduce or Increase the Current LEAC Rate; ALJ Report and proposed Order.
