The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) will convene for the 2nd Advisory Committee Meeting with a Public Hearing for the FY 2025 Preventive Health and Health Services (PHHS) Block Grant. This is scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2025 starting at 2PM at the Public Health Incident Command Center (PHICC) conference room, 155 Hesler Place, Hagatna, GU. The purpose of the event is to give the general public the opportunity to review and provide input on the planned use of the FY 2025 PHHS Block Grant fund.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Guam Public Utilities Commission [PUC] will conduct a public hearing concerning GSWA’s Petition to increase rates for FY2026. GSWA proposes to increase rates to fund certain obligations and other expenses of the Authority. However, whether rates will be increased, or the amount of any such increase, is subject to the recommendation of the PUC Consultants, stipulation of the parties/rate hearing before the Administrative Law Judge, and final review and approval by the PUC Commissioners.
