Speaker Therese Terlaje joined the Executive Team at Guam Memorial Hospital Authority (GMHA) on Friday, July 7, 2023, to honor Dionata “Dee” Quintanilla on her recent retirement after 40 years of service as a nurse at GMHA. The Speaker presented Ms. Quintanilla with a Legislative Resolution recognizing her for her many contributions to Guam’s healthcare industry, including her legacy at GMHA. The GMHA Executive Team presented Ms. Quintanilla with a special GMHA commemorative coin recognizing her 40 years of service to the people and GMHA. Ms. Quintanilla is the first GMHA employee to receive a commemorative coin in recognition of her 40 years of commitment and service.
Dionata “Dee” Quintanilla Honored for 40 Years of Service
The Guam Memorial Hospital Authority (GMHA) was honored to receive a donation from Sagua Mañagu for its Maternal Child Health (MCH) department. Sagua Mañagu donated much-needed medical supplies for the department’s Labor & Delivery unit, including syringes, tubing, cuffs, gauze, sutures, surgical gowns, and more. The donation is valued at $15,755.44
