Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2024-17 relative to authorizing retroactive approval of FY2024 budget expenditures and proactively applying same authorization for budget ceiling adjustment for FY2025, 2. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2024-18 relative to adopting the zero-emission and zero-waste (ZEZW) resiliency and sustainability goals developed by Jacobs and WSP USA Inc. for the Port of Guam and integrating these goals and objectives into the sustainability component of the 2023 Master Plan for the Port Authority of Guam; VII. Resolution No. 2024-14 Relative to holding in abeyance the merger of Operations and Equipment Maintenance divisions, the amendment of the Operations and Equipment Maintenance Manager and address the impact of the realignment on the organizational structure; VII.
